Equally mentioned before, the privacy and the views are equally of import in the context of this project. So how did the studio manage to deal with this task? Well, it's quite interesting actually. The residence is very much open towards the outdoors and a series of internal and external courtyards ensure that all the interior spaces have a direct connection to the outdoors. Also, glazed facades and large openings brings the views inside the house. A series of screens cloak the edifice and offer solar protection, helping to filter the sunlight while as well ensuring a comfy level of privacy without closing upwards the spaces.
